Jenna Jakes provides officiant services in Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, Eastern Minnesota, and Northern Illinois.

Personalized Planning Meeting
This is where we can get to know one another by talking about what you are looking for and knocking out a lot of general information about your ceremony. This meeting can be completed in person or via Zoom.
Wedding Rehearsal
Wedding rehearsals are important. They help solidify how the ceremony will go on your official day. Should you choose to have a rehearsal ceremony on the day or two before the wedding, I will be there to help get things just right.
Customized Vows
Whether you want traditional, religious, personalized, or a combination of any of these, your wedding vows and ceremony should be personalized to you. We work on this together, and I bring the final polished product to your ceremony.
Marriage License Filing
On your big day, the last thing you need to worry about is if you remembered to file the license. I handle the business end of the license, so you and your spouse can enjoy the celebration.
The Big Day
I'll arrive 1 to 1.5 hours early at the venue to finalize all of the finite details for my part of the ceremony. I'll check in with both spouses, the DJ, specialty speakers, etc. to ensure everything with the vows runs as smoothly as can be expected.
Here are some brief notes on my services for 2024/2025:

$150 non-refundable retainer plus a signed contract. This books my service, time, travel, etc. for your event.

The remaining $250 is due 60 days prior to your ceremony.

If I am booked with a short window (weeks rather than months), full payment up front may be required to secure your date.

Obtaining the marriage license and marriage license fees are not included in my price. This is separate and must be completed according to your state/county rules where you live.
Officiant price requires a non-refundable retainer. This retainer guarantees your ceremony date/time on my calendar as well as my professional time spent designing your personalized officiant experience. Your ceremony is important, and so are my services. I look forward to working with you.
